The Christmas Tree Process ๐ŸŽ„

Choosing and decorating a tree is a big thing in our household. For me, it marks the real start of feeling Christmassy!

Last weekend we took a trip to the garden centre in search of the perfect Christmas tree.

Firstly, we spent around 15 minutes wandering around, admiring all of the beautiful trees.

Once we had picked the perfect one, we carried it over to be wrapped up(is that the appropriate verb?!).

Posing with my best buddy!

Trees are really heavy so I left that job to my dad!

In the car the tree managed to occupy two seats and the boot!

Time to add the baubles!

This is the pretty view from the ground ๐Ÿ™‚

And the view from the sofa!

We also picked up a mini one from Sainsburys for ยฃ10 to make our room extra festive!

How are your festivities going? Have you got your tree up yet?

The mini tree is so adorable! I want to find like, a one-foot tree for my desk haha. I’ve never had a real tree before, we have this cute little fake one that’s around 2-3 feet tall, it’s over ten years old and we still use it to this day!

  2. This is lovely, and I do agree that getting a Christmas tree is most definitely a large process. Some people even have to cut down the tree and do the entire process; that is crazy & definitely not something I have to do. We have tree lots here so we can just pick one up that’s ready to go. The past few years I’ve had fake trees because they’re cheaper & easier to get together! xx adaatude.com
