Crisp air, Colourful leaves, Knitted sweaters and Pumpkins.

Autumn, I love you!

This year I made an Autumn Bucket List:

  • Leaf collage
  • Jump in leaves
  • Climb a tree
  • Go for an autumnal walk in the forest
  • Dance in the rain
  • Collect conkers and pine cones and display in a glass bowl
  • Make a bird feeder and feed the birds
  • Knit something and wear it
  • Make Halloween cupcakes
  • Try spiced pumpkin soup
  • Carve pumpkins
  • Watch Hocus Pocus
  • Read a classic
  • Wear dark green nail varnish
  • Visit an Autumn market
  • Make an Autumn playlist

So there you have it.  Autumn is such an underestimated month, but such a beautiful one at that.

“How beautiful leaves grow old. How full of light and colour are their last days.” – John Burroughs
“I can smell Autumn dancing in the breeze, the burning of candles and crisp orange leaves.” – One of the many things I love about Autumn.

  1. A perfect Autumn list! If it wasn’t Spring here in Australia I’d definitely be doing some of these myself. Also, welcome to the blogging community! Stick at it and I promise you’ll find some wonderful people here.
